The Town of Dutton, in an effort to help those experiencing hardship or temporary struggle are proposing a donation fund to help citizens having a hard time catching up on their Water/Sewer bill. Emergency help to avoid shutoff in times of need. This issue will be discussed at the Council Meeting on Monday, February 2nd 7:00pm, at the Town Hall.
